This is why you don’t shift to a running game


Detroit didn’t have a prayer defending us in the first half. Just a complete blowout. As Brother Steve just texted, for no good reason we’ve shifted into a prevent offense. There is no reason to stop doing what was working so well – until it is stopped. When you shift to a running game especially, you might eat up more clock but that doesn’t matter if the other team is scoring super fast when they get the ball. Throw the football.
