Read here. Man – just as the secondary was starting to look better. He and Burnett had really worked out a nice partnership back there. This is a tough loss for now. He did appear injured at one point yesterday but it seemed like just another time when he was hurting but got himself right back in there to play. Not good news.

Well that really sux. I was just thinking this morning how nice it was to ser Rams players laying on the ground rather than Packers. I guess karma got me.

Looking at the schedule… the Packers should be OK. It could really hurt not having him @ the Giants, though. Man, I really want a win that week…

Jaguars will be without MJD. Honestly, that should be the Packers’ easiest win of the season, even without Woodson. The only cause for concern is that Gabbert may also be out. I think Chad Henne is probably a better QB, and will definitely be motivated to make a game of it.

Love Wood but he’s a 14 year NFL vet. His shelf life is about to expire. He has not been that dynamic this year..lost a step. He’s a tremendous team leader but this is the NFL…have to roll on. Yeah we’re young in the secondary but gee, been there before.

Actually, Woodson’s numbers aren’t that far off the pace he set the last 3 seasons, which were some of his best.
Yeah, he’s not as young or as fast as he used to be, but he definitely earned a start on the team, and will have one waiting for him when he’s healthy enough to come back.
He is still a very physical player, and a big-time difference maker for our defense.
