Looked like a nasty injury – Quarless-like.

I believe that’s the 4th or 5th time the Chiefs have gotten inside the 5 yard line only to come away with a FG again. Pathetic offense on their part – and surprisingly staunch defense on our part.
This has gotten completely ridiculous. Our offense is really bad. I have a bunch of other stuff to do today, but I’m feeling forced to take one for the team here – going to grab a beer to see if that jumpstarts our weak offense.
It seems like he always needs a few boneheaded drops or something to light the fire. He’s looking good now – that last pass was a bit behind him.
Hilariously, the Giants are getting crushed at home by the Redskins. After their win last week the players looked/acted like they were starting their roll to the Super Bowl. Maybe not.
as announcers are pointing out. Orton is definitely good enough to pick apart any defense if he has all day.
Grant looks good again. He’s shown some moves to get some extra yards and of course, he’s shown the decisiveness that made him so good a few years back.
That’s the only thing I can figure here as we just look bad out there. We look unprepared. A good part of that is due to Orton and the Chiefs really mixing up their offense nicely. Chiefs’ fans haven’t seen their offense execute such a variety of functional plays in a long time. But the really head-scratcher here is our offense being totally awful. The Chiefs were wasted last week by the Jets’ offense – not a great unit.
That’s the kind of thing that seems like a relatively insignificant play in the game that could end up really helping. KC had us backed up there and could have had a short field to march down and get some simple points. Now, they’ll go 3 and out and we’ll end up getting points somehow. Awesome punt there.
Very curious that the D seems to be fairly decent in the red zone yet everywhere else they give up huge yards. Nice stop there. Nice go down and score and undo all the Chiefs’ momentum – and any sense of accomplishment.
Mike Neal adds nothing and as soon as it’s a pass play, there is a super high % chance we give up the pass if the opposing QB doesn’t totally suck. Just awful.
