“I realized that I felt bad. And I realized that I’d only feel better if I apologized.”
He apologized to make himself feel better. That is backwards. A person should apologize because they want to make the person they hurt feel better and to accept the guilt the deserve.
Hahaa so true. And really the only reason he is apologizing is because he caught so much flack from readers. He probably upset so many so he’s apologizing. Nobody told him to apologize that’s probably true, but he’s not an idiot to see his attempt failed now its a PR effort to get people back with him
What I find amazing is how many people are commenting about their posts not being allowed to post. From what I can gather their “viewership” has spiralled lately and NBC is really picky about what makes it. Especially, if it’s critical of PFT or the contributors. If you’ve noticed Rosenthals comments are usually filled with misspellings, mistakes and even unfinished coomments. I made a comment once asking why his posts at NBC.com were well written and obviously edited as opposed to whjat comes out at PFT. Never made it to the screen.

He is still a dink. His apology even proves it:

Agree with everyone. This would have meant more had he apologized after seeing the WBAY follow up rather than doubling down on his initial position.

Dan Patrick slammed Florio pretty good on his radio program today.
And Joe, thank you for bringing “dink” back into vogue…nice.
