Both my wife and friend Chris were right when they were wondering why we let the clock run down SO much. I understand you don’t want to give it back to Warner etc, but we ruined our chances of a TD there by running so much time off the clock.

I am afraid you are dead right on this. Who knew there would be a personal foul, but running down the clock in effect cost them 4 points

Yeah..:have to agree. At first I thought it was a good idea letting the clock run down somewhat, but when they didn’t snap it until about 20 seconds they’d effectively thrown 4 points away. Still, if the defense doesn’t step it up it won’t matter at all.

SH##TY clock management. Ran the clock down to nearly nothing.
DON’T get the benefit of the penalty on Rodgers, AND go in the locker room with an unused time out. Were they REALLY that concerned about giving the Cardinals the ball back with 15 or 20 seconds on the clock?
AAARRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

very true, keefer. One of the best D’s in the league, but they’re playing tentatively. Need to get aggressive and apply pressure, lots of pressure. Warner’s got too much time with the ball. Accordingly, our offensive line needs to step up; Rodgers is getting too much pressure, scrambling out of the pocket too much.
