One of my favorite aphorisms comes from a line in an old “Law & Order” episode: “If things were different, they wouldn’t be the same” (meaning that if you change something important, you can’t expect everything that follows to unfold as it did before).
Apropos of nothing, but your made-up name put me in the mind of the 70s-era Packers’ RB Eric Torkelson.
