More Lynch talk from Bucky Brooks on nfl.com:

Although the Packers have the utmost trust in Jackson and Kuhn, they will surely scan the waiver wire or trade market for a veteran runner to add to the mix. If they opt for a trade, the Buffalo Bills’ Marshawn Lynch would appear to be a perfect fit. He’s a three-down back with the skills to seamlessly transition into their offense.

  2. Nick Says:

Would be an interesting fit. He is a quick back that has run his course in Buffalo…and Hawk is a no-talent linebacker that got paid too much in GB. So….I’d take that trade. Unload that contract and let Bishop and chillar fill that void.

  3. DaveK Says:

Both high draft picks that have not lived up to expectations. One is a decent gut though and the other really isn’t Packer people.

    ‘guy’….not ‘gut’

Interesting story by Andrew Brandt on National Football Post and the whole Moss/Favre story. Always good to hear some of the back story as it fills in the blanks with TT and how he does business.

hey Trav – thanks, very interesting post. I just put up a post on it here. Not sure I’ve read that account before. Maybe Brandt has written on it before and I just missed it but if he hasn’t I wonder a bit why he’s waited until now to say something. Have you come across anything like this before by Brandt?

  7. Trav Says:

This is only the second item by Brandt that I have come across, but will definitely be looking for more. I just love hearing the behind the scenes stuff, especially when it fills in the blanks in regards to TT, his thought process for handling situations, how he is with confidants, etc.
