To be clear, I do think he needs surgery but I think that he’s already made the decision to have it. The hesitation is just a way to put off reporting to camp.

I think he was implying that his one year there felt like his years at the Packers – not that 10 years in GB was as meaningful as 1 in MN. Bad wording, but I dont think he was trying to take a shot.

I read it as being with the Vikings was very comfortable so that one year felt like he’d been there for a decade much like being in Green Bay for a year was as comfortable there for a decade. I think he is mistaken (I’ve seen how quickly Viking fans will turn on players) but I don’t think he was dissing Green Bay.

Your team did not draft a QB – I am pretty sure that means they thought/think you are coming back. Go get the surgery and prepare for the inevitable playoff melt down.
