How was that not Offensive Pass Interference? And how did they call that a roughing the passer penalty, he was hit as he threw?

absolutely right. Jenkins got held and shoved into Warner and then gets called with the roughing penalty. And second missed call on same play. Tough to play the Cards and the refs simultaneously. Still time, but GB needs to turn it up.
