I am guessing he doesn’t see the field much unless Grant or Jackson get hurt and he most likely won’t even be active most weeks. This is simply churning the bottom of the roster which says more about what they think of Wynn and Lumpkin then what is says about Green. But, it sure would have been nice to have Sutton on the roster right now instead of one of the three FB’s.

He’s now 32, and only played less then half the games the last to years. The Packers will not get anywhere by going back to the future. There must be a good young running back they can pick up somewhere.

The bad news is he missed most of the 2005, 2007, and 2008 seasons (I think all because of injury–I don’t remember hearing anything else).

But when you compare his numbers to Ryan Grant… the best thing you can say about him is that Grant has managed to stay healthy so far.
