One of the big reasons the Packers went 4-12 in ’05 was that Green and Davenport only played in 5 games each before landing on IR. Samkon Gado was the Packers’ leading rusher that year (and he didn’t make it to the end of the season, either).

as far as the scheme/coaches go – that’s a coinflip as to whether it’s a positive or a negative, at least for a year or two.

we may have a renewed rivalry in a few years.
