Jerry Jones seems to think so. I’ll reserve comment until we hear it from the league, but I certainly hope this is wrong.
UPDATE: The answer is yes. How revealing that Jerry Jones knew before anyone else. This is what Roger Goodell meant when he promised to crackdown on NFL thugs? Remember this, from February 2007: “One incident is too many in my book.”

The greater consequence, to Packer fans, is that Jared Allen was due for a suspension and was cut slack because Gooddell reinstated Jones.
How would it have looked if Gooddell suspended Allen and on the same day reinstated Jones?
That bum should be on the sideline.

i know i already ranted about this, but i just think both the pacman and allen coddling proves once and for all – rog has lost all credibility.
the ‘new sheriff’ is actually a security guard with a super soaker painted black to look like a real gun.
