Andy,
First year $4.5 million. The comination guarentee and contract sounds just like your plan. Must be more than one year guarentee money in there somewhere. It also sounds like Herman isn’t that far off his original numbers. If that is so, Russ Ball needs work (sorry aaron and 3D) on his basic negotiating skills. He managed to get Grant and his agent upset and then virtually give them everything they asked for. Not Good – Not Good!
